Before playing on the server, we recommend that you read through the server rules. Much like any system of policy, the rules are set in place so that players can have fun and be safe.
1. Please do not discuss self-harm or suicide.
Understandably, we all go through difficult times. If you feel like you may hurt yourself, we support the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline [1 (800) 273-8255] as the best and friendliest option for suicide prevention. We would also suggest privately talking to a friend or loved one for help.
If you live outside of the United States, you may have to call another number or contact another suicide prevention hotline for assistance.
2. Do not grief other people's builds.
Being a creative server, we wish to inspire feelings of encouragement in our players, so that they may want to improve over time. Destroying or tinkering with builds that aren't yours disrupts this.
3. Respect player privacy, and maintain "physical" distances.
If a player wants to be left alone, you are expected to leave them be.
4. Don't start or encourage drama.
Please keep the server chat free of any raging or drama. If you have something against a staff member or any other player, please take it to a forum PM or some other private messaging system.
5. If you need fire or water, please request placement.
Some items are blocked from being placed. This includes water, lava, fire, and TNT. If you need any of these things places for your build, please request it from a staff member. Opening a ticket to request restricted item placement is invalid.
6. Don't spam.
Please do not spam the chat. Spambots will be immediately banned, and unintentional spammers will be warned.
7. Inappropriate builds will be destroyed.
Builds meant to invoke offense (such as swastikas) will be promptly removed from the map. Other prohibited builds include ones depicting nudity/pornography.
8. Don't ask for admin.
Please do not directly request promotion to any staff or builder rank. All ranks must be well-deserved and worked for. If you are interested in applying for a staff position, please read this.
9. Threats will be taken seriously.
Threats to harm other players, yourself, the server, or to infringe on anyone's privacy (e.g. dox threats) will be handled in a serious manner. Authorities may be contacted depending on the threat, and your UUID, Minecraft username, and IP range, will be banned permanently from the server.
10. Please do not crash the server.
Do not crash the server with W/E, hacks, or spambots. Though we allow hacks, they must either be client-side or non-harmful to the server itself.
11. Invisibility may warrant a smite.
Though invisibility potions are allowed, you may be smitten if you are invisible, in the case of someone asking. In addition to this rule, you are not allowed to use splash invisibility potions on other people in an attempt to get them smitten.
12. No unwanted PVP.
Please don't PVP with people unless they ask. This includes spawn-killing, and PVPing with unfair weapons or armor.
13. No troll potions.
Troll potions of any sort will warrant an immediate 24 hour ban. No exceptions.
Of course, what the staff say is always the law. If you are told to stop doing something by any staff member, you are obligated to follow.
